Let’s be honest. Finding a supervisor isn’t the hard part.
Finding one who actually trains you? That’s the unicorn. Plenty of people will sign your fieldwork log. Far fewer will teach you how to think like a BCBA.
At United Care ABA, we will make sure you have a supervisor. Not just any supervisor: a top-level, clinically superior one who will genuinely train you and supervise you as per requirements. No hunting. No hoping. No “we’ll figure it out later.” You’ll have your supervisor, and you’ll be trained properly.
And yes, we’re doing something no one else is doing: part-time salaried positions. Part-time hours, salaried pay. You read that right.
What else you get (besides a supervisor who actually supervises):
$50 – $65+ per hour , or a part-time salaried position

About that exam timing headache...
You know the one. New York’s Medicaid enrollment moratorium has made “when do I sit for my exam?” a genuinely tricky question, because it limits job opportunities. We’ll work with you to decide how long to stay a grad permit and when to take the exam. Strategy, not guesswork.
