About You:

You enjoy helping others and you thrive when you're part of a team. In addition, as a dermatologist, you rely on little oversight on conducting medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments. You are goal-orientated and strive to implement retail recommendations with every patient and discuss treatments beyond what the patient initially comes in for. You take initiative to launch new treatments you have discovered, contribute towards marketing yourself and out treatments, and elevating standards of care for our practice.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Physician who has the ability and passion to:

• Acquire full working knowledge of all our programs, services, procedures, and operations of an out-of-network Boutique dermatology practice.

• Motivation and dedication to building their patient schedule and must be able to think out of the box ideas to generate sales and make goals.

• Treats clients on 80/20 cosmetic to medical treatment basis.

• Improve upon the many signs of aging by performing non-surgical treatments, i.e. Botox, Sculptra, Fillers, Microneedling with Radiofrequency, Fraxel and Ultherapy!

• Offer medical dermatological services, such as treatments for warts, hair loss, scars, acne, rashes, and more.

• Be a leader and educator for our staff, patients, and community on the latest trends and news in aesthetics and medicine.

• There is an intensive 90-day onboarding period, during which you will be full-time (5 days a week) where you will have comprehensive cosmetic training on all procedures, while also assisting Dr. Nichols during their patients' appointments.

About the Doctor, Dr. Kim Nichols

A board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Nichols is renowned for her expertise in the fields of cosmetic and medical/surgical dermatology.

Dr. Nichols graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University and attended NYU Medical School, where she discovered her keen interest in the field of dermatology. After graduation, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Medical Center and then moved to Los Angeles to complete her MD Dermatology residency at KDMC/Harbor- UCLA Medical Center. During her second year of residency, Dr. Nichols was awarded the prestigious National Women's Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award. In her final year of training, she was awarded the position of Chief Resident and served as a leader for her residency class.

Requirements of the Position

• CT Licensed Physician

• Board Certification

• Must be able to work evenings and two Saturdays a month.

• Must be available for up to two duty shifts (5pm Friday - 8am Monday) up to twice per month.

• Full-time employee works 40+ hours per week.

• Committed to the NicholsMD mission and considers themselves a privileged ambassador of the Company.

• Executes proper documentation within 24 hours of each patient appointment (Intake, Consent, Records, SOAP Note)

• Commitment to concierge care and reasonably available outside of patient hours

• Contributing to make your assigned revenue and retail goals.

• Acquisition of 5 new patients monthly - uniquely referred by you.

• Contributing to the new patient acquisition plans for all offices

• Launching new treatments and products

• Completing Patient follow-up calls

• Completing inventory and administrative duties as assigned

• EHR Patient Satisfaction of 4.7 out of 5.0 or above.

• Takes responsibility to understand and complete NicholsMD's Physician professional and technical requirements.

Compensation Information:
$450000.00 / Annually - $750000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
