The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our highvisibility University of Vermont location. This is a unique opportunity to run a beloved campus restaurant with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team - while still having the autonomy to shape your own culture, systems, and success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficiency
• Recruit, train, and mentor a highperforming team
• Build a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Manage financial performance, inventory, ordering, and scheduling
• Ensure smooth service during peak campus hours
• Strengthen relationships with UVM partners and the broader Burlington community
• Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level)
• A leadership style rooted in empathy, accountability, and communication
• Strong operational skills - you know how to run a tight ship
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Comfort working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
• A desire to be part of a missiondriven, communityminded company
