Qualifications

As an LPN, you'll provide quality care while putting your clinical skills to work:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications according to established standards and protocols
• Perform assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Assist with emergency situations and use sound clinical judgment
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Practice within applicable state scope-of-practice guidelines
