Work Schedule & Perks

This is a hybrid, customer-facing role with regular interaction with local business customers throughout the week.

• 2 days per week: Start the day in the office for team meetings and sales strategy, then head into the field to meet with customers.
• Remaining days: Begin the day remotely with a virtual team huddle, then head into the field to meet with customers.

A $200/month gas allowance is provided to help offset travel expenses.

Job Duties

Territory Sales Representatives work with local small businesses and business decision-makers, including CEOs, presidents, and managers. Representatives meet with customers to understand their current telecommunications needs, conduct cost and service comparisons, and identify opportunities to improve their business connectivity through fiber-optic services.

Fiber-optic technology provides businesses with fast, reliable internet connectivity designed to support their day-to-day operations and growing technology needs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Each day begins with a team huddle, either in the office or virtually, to review goals, discuss strategy, and prepare for the day ahead.
• Following the morning huddle, representatives travel to assigned territories with an iPad equipped with Salesforce leads and client marketing materials. Representatives meet with qualified business decision-makers, learn about their needs, and provide consultative recommendations based on the products and services available.
• Identify qualified prospects, engage key decision-makers, and move opportunities through the sales process from initial conversation to close.
• Conduct sales presentations and product consultations tailored to each business's needs and goals.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to build relationships, overcome objections, and close new accounts.

Qualifications

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to help new team members develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Benefits & Compensation

• Monday–Friday schedule.
• Full-time W-2 employment.
• $700 guaranteed weekly wage , plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.
• $200/month gas allowance.
• Health allowance, with eligibility for the Health Care Reimbursement Bonus after 120 days of employment .
• $1,000 per week recoverable draw available after the applicable probationary period, in accordance with the company's compensation plan.

• Employees who achieve sales targets may qualify for a growth track with opportunities to develop skills in leadership, team development, and operations.

Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $75,000–$95,000

This is a performance-based position. The estimated total annual compensation range represents potential earnings for an entry-level employee who achieves established sales and performance goals and may include commissions, bonuses, and other eligible compensation. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, experience, and other factors. High performers may earn above the estimated range.
