Number of Beds -24

Number of Staff 26

Type of staff: 1 charge, 4 RN's, 1 clerk during day. no PCT's at night

Patient Ratios 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity

Type of equipment -

EMR Meditech and CPN

Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) Yes

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Previous L/D or Ante experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Non stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips

Magnesium administration, heparin drips

Best personality Fit:

Teamwork oriented

Good communication skills

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color - navy blue
