Chief Financial Officer Job Description: Accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations. Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, including performance measures Develop financial and tax strategies Manage capital, investments, and budgeting processes Implement operational best practices Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry Manage and improve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processes Structure Corporate Entities Manage Corporate Insurance program Requirements The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or business administration and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
