Qualified Medication Aide QMA Assisted Living (Healthcare) QMA Opportunity at Rosegate Commons Assisted Living Must be insulin certified Full-time day shift and evening shift As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Skills Needed Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Leadership : Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. Collaboration: In partnership with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
