Janitorial Technician – Harris ML Group (Jani-King Franchise)
Harris ML Group, an authorized franchise of Jani-King Commercial Cleaning Services, is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain clean, safe, and orderly environments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, including floor care (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Complete routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Organize and maintain custodial closets and supply areas
- Ensure cleaning equipment remains in good working condition
- Work effectively both independently and alongside team members
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (2–3 hours consecutively)
- Capable of handling a physically demanding workload
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
Schedule Requirements
- Availability to work Monday through Friday , with occasional Saturdays
- Must be available to start at 6:30 PM nightly
