Work with qualified buyer opportunities and guide clients from consultation and home search through showings, negotiations, and closing .
With proven sales systems, CRM technology, training, coaching, and team support , spend less time prospecting and more time working with buyers and closing deals .

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with qualified sellers and conduct listing consultations
Develop pricing and listing strategies based on seller goals
Present your value and win the listing
Convert seller opportunities into signed listings and closed transactions
Guide clients through listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing
Manage leads, follow-up, and client relationships using CRM and sales systems
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Host open houses and engage prospective clients
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Active Georgia Real Estate License required
Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
Organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and attention to detail
Coachable, accountable, motivated, and results-oriented
Positive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous growth
