Urgent Care clinic seasonal RN

Position Overview Registered Nurse – Oncology – Seasonal Nights (3, 12 hour shift per week) Pay rate: $51.00 per hour. Shift time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM CST. Location: Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas. Patient Population Bone marrow transplant recipients, oncology ICU patients, oncology telemetry patients, CAR‑T recipients, and phase one or high‑acuity research trial patients. Patient Ratios Day shift 1:3; Night shift 1:4; ICU 1:2. Unit Features 24-bed unit with single patient rooms; pharmacists on unit, dedicated palliative care team, multidisciplinary team, and unit manager/supervisor. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to high‑acuity oncology patients. Collaborate with pharmacists, palliative care, and multidisciplinary teams. Support learning, mentoring, and professional development of team members. Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience in the United States. Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience, including recent work in ICU. Superior 2+ years of oncology experience preferred. Bone marrow transplant experience highly desired.
