In this role, you'll work closely with department leads and project managers to keep projects organized, schedules aligned, and timelines moving forward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple teams to coordinate information and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Work directly with department leads to develop and maintain a master project schedule
• Coordinate with project managers to establish and monitor project timelines
• Track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays
• Communicate with department leads and project managers to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable
• Maintain accurate scheduling and project information
• Help coordinate priorities across multiple departments and projects
• Follow up on deadlines, outstanding items, and schedule changes
• Provide updates to leadership regarding project status and scheduling
• Assist with improving scheduling and coordination processes
• Ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated to the appropriate teams

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and project managers
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential issues before they become problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, data coordination, or a related field is preferred
