Job Description: Join a large and dynamic skilled nursing facility to make a real impact! Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement engaging occupational therapy treatment plans for both short-term and long-term residents. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient-centered care. Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards. Utilize Net Health for documentation in alignment with facility standards. Requirements: Active OTA License required. Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (Mentorship available for those with 0-1 year experience). Strong documentation and time-management skills are a must! Flexible and collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment. Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
