Land Development Project Coordinator: Budgets & Schedules

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented office coordinator to support land development projects. You will assemble, distribute and file contract packages, maintain budgets and schedules, and coordinate with finance, AP and trade partners to ensure timely processing of documents. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
