Art Lead

Leading the art organization for current and future games, the full-time Art Lead will manage and mentor discipline leads across various art sub-disciplines while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the art team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the art team, overseeing Environment, Concept, Character, VFX, and Animation disciplines Collaborate with the Art Director and cross-disciplinary teams to align art priorities with the game's vision and production goals Develop and mentor individual contributors and discipline leads, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement Required qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in game-development art production with multiple shipped titles Significant experience managing and mentoring artists and art leads Strong understanding of workflows and dependencies across various game-art disciplines Demonstrated ability to evaluate art in the context of gameplay and player experience Experience working with external outsourcing vendors
