Responsibilities

• Deliver White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level candidates, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and prepared during virtual and onsite visits.
• Master Complex Logistics: Coordinate intricate interview schedules, phone screens, travel arrangements, and debrief meetings across multiple leadership calendars and time zones.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Executive Assistants, Recruiters, HR leaders, and external executive search firms to align schedules and keep hiring moving smoothly.
• Operational Excellence: Manage search firm documentation (PO/invoices), maintain candidate data in talent CRM platforms, and generate progress tracking reports.
• Drive Process Improvement: Bring a digital mindset—identifying ways to streamline workflows and leverage technology to keep things running efficiently
