The Lifestyles Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience within residential communities by supporting lifestyle programming and resident engagement initiatives. The Lifestyles Assistant collaborates closely with property management and vendors to coordinate events, manage communications, and ensure seamless execution of lifestyle activities. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events and activities that cater to diverse resident interests and demographics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents regarding lifestyle programs, providing timely information and support.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics and amenities are properly managed.
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance, resident feedback, and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
• Support marketing efforts by creating engaging content for newsletters, social media, and community bulletin boards.
• Help manage budgets related to lifestyle programming and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns related to lifestyle services.
• Collaborate with property management to align lifestyle initiatives with overall community goals and compliance standards.
