Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The therapist will operate ventilators, perform blood draws, and assist with bronchoscopies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

- Administer ventilator management and monitoring for critically ill patients
- Perform blood draws, blood gases, and other diagnostic procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment including Bipaps, oxygen delivery systems, and VAPOTHERM devices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Prioritize tasks effectively while operating under stressful conditions
- Valid RRT or CRT certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Critical care or ER experience preferred
- Ability to operate ventilators, blood draw equipment, and other respiratory devices
- Excellent ability to prioritize and work under pressure
