We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Order Picker for our Columbus location.**Pay & Schedule*** **Training Pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins*** **Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked*** **Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift*** **Schedule:** 5 days/week, 3rd shift* **Start time:** 7:00 PM* **Average shift length:** 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)**What You’ll Do*** Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately* Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift* Work on your feet in a **refrigerated environment*** Operate **tow-motors and stand-up forklifts*** Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English## Qualifications**What We're Looking For*** Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.* Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.* Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a **refrigerated environment**.* Must be 18 years of age.* Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.* Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.* Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages* Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift* Must be able to **pass a drug screen test.*** Must be able to **pass a background check.*** Must be able to read English.**We are proud to be a drug free workplace.
