Responsabilités Évalue le fonctionnement social, détermine un plan d’intervention et assure la mise en œuvre. Soutient et rétablit le fonctionnement social de la personne en réciprocité avec son milieu afin de favoriser son développement optimal en interaction avec son environnement. Conçoit, oriente, consulte, actualise, analyse et évalue un ou plusieurs programmes sociaux. Responsibilities Person who evaluates social functioning, determines an intervention plan and ensures its implementation. It supports and restores the social functioning of the person in reciprocity with their environment with the aim of promoting the optimal development of the human being in interaction with their environment. It carries out design, orientation, consultation, updating, analysis and evaluation in one or more social programs. Qualifications (French) Doit détenir un baccalauréat en travail social ou en service social. Doit répondre aux exigences de scolarité de l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) et être membre de l’OTSTCFQ. Requirements (English) Must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
