Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years as an Agent Aspirant and led a successful sales team. Outside of work, I'm married with an 11-year-old daughter and a mini Goldendoodle. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
