$85,000 - $105,000 + up to $50,000 bonus for hitting reach goal

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of streamlined operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align operational strategies with the firm's mission and goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments work harmoniously and meet performance standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.
• Mentor and support team members, empowering them to achieve their professional goals and contribute to the firm's success.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the firm's reputation and integrity in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading operational strategies within a legal or service-based industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient processes that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation to support strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and empower team members, fostering professional growth and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining organizational integrity and reputation.
• Ability to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and adherence to performance standards.
