- Deliver thorough, ongoing care for individuals and families, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Oversee chronic health issues, preventive strategies, acute conditions, and mental health aspects with a patient-first mindset.
- Perform physical evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and craft individualized care plans.
- Team up with other healthcare coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at quality enhancement that bolster patient care and operational success.
- Employ electronic medical record (EMR) systems for precise, up-to-date patient documentation.
- Provide care both in-person and virtually, accommodating the diverse needs of patients.
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a family medicine residency recognized by the accreditation body.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Possession of (or eligibility for) a valid Texas medical license.
- BLS & ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a strong interest in proactive, preventive care.
- Comfortable with value-based healthcare models and eager for ongoing development.
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and people skills.
- Technologically adept with experience in EMR systems and telehealth technologies.
