Este puesto implica trabajar en equipo y realizar tareas de limpieza de rutina, como barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo, vaciar la basura, desinfectar los baos y reponer los suministros. Este puesto requiere atencin a los detalles, la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y el compromiso de mantener un entorno limpio y profesional para los empleados y los visitantes.

Responsabilidades clave:

Realizar una amplia variedad de tareas de limpieza, como quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, barrer, limpiar manchas y cualquier otra tarea asignada por el gerente
Quite el polvo y limpie los muebles, los alfizares de las ventanas, los artefactos de iluminacin y otras superficies
Limpiar y desinfectar los baos, incluidos lavabos, inodoros, espejos y reponer suministros (papel higinico, jabn, etc.)
Vace los botes de basura alrededor del edificio y deseche los desechos de manera segura y adecuada
Limpie y desinfecte las reas de alto contacto, como manijas de puertas, interruptores de luz y pasamanos
Mantener la limpieza de las reas de entrada y salida, incluyendo barrer pasillos y retirar escombros
Asegrese de que los suministros y productos qumicos de limpieza se utilicen de acuerdo con las pautas de seguridad y las polticas de la empresa
Informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o seguridad al Gerente Regional
Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad, incluido el uso adecuado del equipo de proteccin personal (EPP)
Asegrese de que el edificio se mantenga a salvo de peligros como pisos resbaladizos o rutas de salida bloqueadas
Mantener el espacio del conserje en condiciones ordenadas y limpias y mantener el equipo de limpieza en condiciones adecuadas de funcionamiento
Adaptarse a polticas, procedimientos y/o deberes cambiantes segn lo indique la gerencia

Calificaciones:

Experiencia :
- Se prefiere, pero no se requiere, experiencia previa en custodia o limpieza
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo
Habilidades :
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente y priorizar tareas
- Gran atencin al detalle y la limpieza
- Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos de hasta 50 libras
- Conocimientos bsicos de productos qumicos de limpieza y procedimientos de seguridad
Requisitos fsicos :
- Capacidad para pararse, caminar, agacharse y levantar objetos durante perodos prolongados
- Capacidad para trabajar en una variedad de entornos, incluidos interiores y exteriores (si el clima lo permite)
- Capaz de utilizar equipos de limpieza como aspiradoras, pulidoras y fregadoras de pisos
Otros requisitos :
- Los edificios de consultorios mdicos requieren capacitacin y vacunas adicionales sin costo para el empleado
- Transporte confiable hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo
- Capacidad para pasar una verificacin de antecedentes y un examen de deteccin de drogas (si lo requiere el cliente)
- Debe ser puntual, confiable y mantener una actitud positiva

Condiciones de trabajo:

Horario de trabajo : Este puesto requiere cierta flexibilidad para garantizar que se cumplan las tareas de limpieza del edificio.
Uniforme de trabajo : Se proporcionarn camisetas de la empresa y cualquier EPI (equipo de proteccin personal) necesario. Habr camisetas/sudaderas Marquis adicionales disponibles para su compra por un costo adicional.
Capacitacin : Se brindar capacitacin en el trabajo para garantizar el uso adecuado de los equipos y productos qumicos de limpieza.
