HR Business Partner V
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing organization, the remote HR Business Partner V will manage employee relations, provide HR guidance, and analyze trends to develop solutions while working on a 6+ month contract basis. Key responsibilities: Conduct weekly meetings with business units and consult with management on HR matters Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies Provide performance management guidance and assist with workforce planning and succession planning Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role Experience in global or highly matrixed organizations Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills at the executive level Proven project management and change management experience Demonstrated ability to use data for insights that drive action
