In this role, you will provide leadership within the fulfillment department while ensuring printed materials are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.This position is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in printing, bindery, finishing, packaging, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments who enjoy coaching employees, driving performance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring exceptional quality standards.At Pregis, we invest in our employees through hands-on training, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities.
