Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN – Georgia

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend-only options available: Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday rotations. Call required, typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. 1:1 patient ratio. Contract end date options: January 16, January 30, or February 13.

Highlights:

• Comprehensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical program including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, and vascular procedures
• Epic charting system with interdisciplinary support including respiratory and interpretation services
• Adult and geriatric patient population in a progressive facility with trauma experience preferred
• Weekend-focused schedule with flexible contract length options
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Holiday coverage required – rate is contingent on holiday availability

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures including scrub experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
• All time-off requests must be finalized at time of submission
