Description of the Role: Mitchell Subaru in Canton, CT is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our team. As a Subaru Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our vehicles to potential customers and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting the right Subaru vehicle based on their needs Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features Negotiate and close sales deals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Qualifications: Prior sales experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Driven, motivated, and customer-focused Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
