Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Location: Grants Pass & Medford, Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
Schedule: 4 days × 10-hour shifts OR 5 days × 8-hour shift
Setting: Outpatient Hand Therapy / Orthopedics
Relocation Assistance: Available

About the Position

Occupational Therapist (OT), Hand Therapist, or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our specialized hand therapy clinic.

The therapist will work closely with experienced hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, PAs, MAs, and other clinical staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to treat a wide range of upper-extremity and hand conditions across patients of all ages in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity and hand-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Fabricate and fit custom orthoses.
• Fit and adjust prefabricated splints.
• Perform manual and hands-on therapy techniques.
• Manage approximately 12 patients per day .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for Oregon licensure.
• Hand therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with splinting and orthosis fabrication/application.
• Experience is a plus; however, the right candidate will be considered for training and development ..

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 based on experience and credentials.
