CSEA offers an outstanding salary and 19 paid holidays, 3 weeks’ vacation to start and 5 weeks after 7 years, medical benefits for you and your family, life insurance coverage and a pension plan.Examples of Duties:Design original artwork that enhances the CSEA brandCreate page layouts for the Association magazine and attend press checksEdit and color correct digital imagesDevelop video projects, such as mastering DVDs and creating motion graphicsAssist with production of materials for our annual conferenceCollaborate with others to produce bold, compelling media projectsBe an advocate and expert for evocative design that inspires usersThe ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Three years experience designing brilliant print, digital and/or user mediaExtensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After EffectsPositive, with perfect communication and customer service skillsA strong design aesthetic with a sharp eye and intuitive perceptionTrack record in producing cutting-edge designs while respecting our brandAbility to work and adapt to a fast paced environmentAbility to imagine and create high-quality work on many projects with tight deadlinesSelf-confidence, flexibility, high initiative, attention to detailProficiency in MS Office SuiteKnowledge of Apple Macintosh operating system and Final Cut ProBachelors degree in graphics or digital design or related fieldThe formal title for this position is Multimedia Design Specialist.To Apply:Go to upload your resume and write a cover letter that explain why your experience uniquely qualifies you for this position and a link to your online portfolio.Questions?
