Spa Sales Specialist

Overview Your first commission check: 2 weeks. First promotion opportunity: 6-12 months. Your career trajectory: entirely up to you. At this family-owned Massage Heights, we promote from within. Not someday—consistently. Our Retreat Director started answering phones two years ago. Our Team Lead made it in six months. What You'll Earn Base: $15/hour + Commission Top performers earn: $20-23/hour total You\'ll earn commission on membership packages, service add-ons, and upgrades. The better you connect guests with what improves their lives, the more you make. Every shift. The Part Other Companies Don\'t Offer Access to complimentary massages or facials. You\'ll promote wellness services you\'ve personally experienced. We ensure that you are recognized for your contribution to the team through our peer to peer rewards program Team members gift each other points redeemable for gift cards to popular stores and restaurants.
