Your future role at a glance Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Salary: $42.43 - $59.91 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver direct patient care by administering physician and nursing orders, implementing care plans, and following established organizational policies. Monitor and document patient conditions, continuously updating the healthcare team on changes and response to treatment. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and manage patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
