This is a full‑time position, but the exact number of hours weekly will vary. Our typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to about 5:00 PM, but days and hours vary based on seasonality of the business. Foreman Responsibilities You will support and lead your crew to complete goals efficiently daily so that we provide exceptional services to our clients and uphold our company reputation. You’ll lead by example and lift your crew members up when they have tough days. You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects and routes. You’re responsible for overseeing your crew’s tasks, completing paperwork, and performing equipment checks so everyone is working effectively and safely. You’ll maintain positive interactions with clients and team members. You will adapt quickly to changes in the field, such as unpredictable weather so that we can proactively solve problems. Your job is to ensure a win‑win situation for customers, employees, and the company. Foreman Skills & Qualifications We’re flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role. We highly favor talent and interest. Some candidates may see this list and feel discouraged because they don’t match all the items. You must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs routinely. General knowledge of industry equipment is a plus. A desire to lead others and to grow within the organization.
