We are an exploration stage company advancing a portfolio of critical minerals projects focused on high-grade heavy rare earth mineral assets. Our work is aimed toward defining mineralization for our projects and increasing our understanding of its characteristics and economics. Our portfolio includes three material projects (2 Brazil and 1 USA), which we believe positions REA as a future potential cornerstone of non-Chinese rare earth supply, aligning with Western industrial and national security priorities.

Project

Shiloh Project (Georgia, United States): We believe that the Shiloh Project represents a significant exploration opportunity in the rare earth sector. The exploration activities completed to date, including radiometric surveys, drilling programs, and preliminary metallurgical test work, have indicated the presence of wide-spread and high-grade rare earth elements mineralization, primarily in the form of monazite. The geological setting, favorable land position spanning 1,927 acres, and the increasing market demand for domestic sources provide a foundation for the additional work that is recommended to be conducted in the Shiloh Project area. The Shiloh Project presents a new rare earth district discovery in the U.S, of approximately 400 km² with high rare earth grades of up to 20.01% Total Rare Earth Oxides (“TREO”) in early-stage exploration results, including high grades of heavy rare earth elements used in high performance magnets. Located on private land, this project benefits from well-established infrastructure, low-cost power and a streamlined pathway to obtaining necessary permits. Exploration activities are at an earlier stage than at our other material projects, and we have not established mineral resources or mineral reserves at the Shiloh Project.

PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly experienced, relationship-driven Senior Paralegal or Junior Attorney to lead land acquisition, landowner negotiations, and general legal operations for our mineral exploration activities across central Georgia. Based out of Manchester, this is a high-impact, on-site role. You will ensure all land transactions are legally sound, ethically conducted, and compliant with Georgia state regulations. In addition to land functions, you will manage operational contracts, contractor relationships, and provide critical legal support to the exploration team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Land Negotiations: Assist with the negotiation of complex mineral leases, purchase options, and surface use agreements with private and corporate landowners.

· Operational Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate general operational agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and independent contractor agreements.

· Contractor Management: Oversee the legal aspects of our relationships with site contractors, ensuring alignment with corporate risk policies, insurance requirements, and safety compliance.

· Title Research: Conduct thorough boots-on-the-ground title research at local county courthouses to verify ownership, mineral rights, and existing encumbrances.

· Legal Drafting & Review: Draft and review legal documents, including easements, deeds, and memoranda of lease, ensuring accuracy in legal descriptions and terms.

· Data Management: Collaborate with the data team to track progress and maintain the Lands database.

· Project Tracking: Maintain clear organization of workstreams, milestones, and deliverables, while providing timely, concise, and professional communication of progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a Senior Paralegal, or 1 to 5 years of experience as a Junior Attorney, preferably in mining, aggregates, or oil and gas.

Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Georgia Land Law and property rights.

Legal Literacy: Deep understanding of deeds, leases, the curative process for title defects, and standard commercial/operational contracts.

Negotiation Skills: Experience successfully closing land deals and managing difficult interpersonal dynamics with vendors and landowners.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel daily to site locations and county courthouses within a 50-mile radius of Manchester, Georgia.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and law degree
