Role Summary: Oversee daily execution of warehouse workstreams. Manages daily workflow, ensures Maximo accuracy, coordinates with Records Center Manager, and maintains accountability across Leads and Technicians.

Key Duties:

·         Direct and schedule daily warehouse tasks across all workstreams.

·         Coordinate DA review cycles and box movement logistics.

·         Ensure accurate Maximo updates for all box pulls, staging, and returns.

·         Monitor throughout, resolve issues, and escalate discrepancies.

·         Produce daily progress reports and maintain compliance with warehouse rules.

Required Skills:

·         Warehouse operations oversight

·         Maximo or similar asset-tracking system

·         Strong communication and coordination

·         Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows
