Location: Wheeling, WV
Salary: $48K - $58K + Bonuses
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a hands-on and guest-focused Service Manager to oversee FOH operations at a high-volume casual dining restaurant in Wheeling, WV. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and smooth daily restaurant operations in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest focused service during all shifts
Lead, train, and develop servers, hosts, and support staff
Monitor guest satisfaction and quickly resolve service issues or complaints in a professional manner
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure optimal floor performance
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of FOH team members
Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols
Drive service speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards in a high-volume environment
Assist with cash handling, closing duties, and daily reporting as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of FOH leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a guest first mindset
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Basic understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and labor control
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
