We serve the Erath and Hamilton County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in our Stephenville and/or our Hico clinic. The ideal candidate will have a background in the outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and providing high-quality patient care to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive discharge planning for patients.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, coworkers, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
