Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss-style (sliding headstock) CNC machines and related secondary equipment Perform in-process quality inspections using precision gaging and metrology tools to ensure parts meet specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job layouts to complete machining operations accurately Follow work instructions while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and communicate effectively with engineering and production teams Qualifications Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience, with strong preference for Swiss-style or high-precision lathe work Hands‑on experience with sliding headstock / Swiss-type machines is highly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Proficient with precision measuring tools and gaging equipment Solid teamwork and communication skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Basic to intermediate computer skills and comfort working in a busy production setting Knowledge of special materials or heat‑treating processes is a plus Shift & Location Mesa, AZ Available shifts: 1st, 2nd (5% shift differential), and 3rd (10% shift differential) Direct Hire CTD112 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
