Base salary range ($90K–$130K based on market) Bonus potential (10–20%) Vehicle allowance/company vehicle Industry-leading PTO policy Paid parental leave 401(k) with match Health, vision, dental Disability insurance Career path to Senior PM or Project Executive Job Details Roles & Responsibilities – Project Manager: Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking Champion safety and quality on-site Desired Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Applicable project experience includes commercial, multifamily, churches, schools, retail, big box grocery), and car washes.
