Immediately seeking an experienced Foam Bandsaw Operator!
Hours of Operation : Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm overtime when needed
Pay based on experience : $18-$20/hr
Job Details:
- MUST HAVE experience using a bandsaw; Horizontal and Vertical
- Cuts pieces of specified shapes from sheets of materials, such as fiberglass, foam, rubber, or parchment
- Positions pattern on material and marks cutting lines.
- Stacks specify the number of sheets and clamp them together.
- While operating saw; guides stock against blade and follows cutting lines.
- Drills the guide holes in stock to mark location for attachment of trim
- Must be able to lift up to 50 -75lbs of heavy rolls of material
- Accurately measures
- Stand for long periods of time
- Follow direction and safety procedures
