Job Summary

We are seeking a Factory Service Technician for a temporary opportunity in Guaynabo, PR with a company dedicated to the distribution and service of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience assembling, testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic equipment in a production or service environment.

As a Slot Machine Technician, you will work with technical manuals, electronic diagrams, testing equipment, tools, software updates, and repair documentation to ensure gaming equipment meets quality and performance standards. This opportunity offers the chance to join a professional, team-oriented environment where accuracy, safety, communication, and technical problem-solving are valued.

This is a great fit for a bilingual technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working with electronics, and supporting both internal teams and customers in a fast-paced technical service setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, test, diagnose, and repair slot machines and electronic gaming equipment.
- Perform software, firmware, and peripheral programming updates as required.
- Interpret technical manuals, electronic diagrams, and schematics to verify proper equipment functionality.
- Use testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools to complete repair and quality control tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of production activity, testing results, repairs, and service work performed.
- Support production schedules while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Overtime availability may be required as needed.
