Materials Handler- Bakery

The Materials Handler prepares, counts and accurately documents incoming and outgoing product using RF devices.

• Labeling/bar-coding product going to and from the warehouse.
• Accurately prepare, count, and record inventory transactions using RF devices.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment.
• Operating a manual or electric pallet jack equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent work-related experience is preferred.
• Some previous work-related experience preferred but not required.
• Reading and math skills (counting, adding and subtracting) required.
• Ability to read English and distinguish letters and numbers at a fast pace.
• Performing physical activities that require use of hands/wrist, walking, bending, balancing, twisting reaching, lifting a minimum of 50 pounds (less 10% of time) and standing for full shifts.
• Will be working in dust noise and varied temperatures (36°- 85°).
• Must be flexible to schedule changes.
• Honest and respectful communication.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• This is a safety sensitive position , subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.
