We are seeking experienced, factory-trained (or factory-trainable) Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technicians who take pride in high-quality work and thrive in a flat-rate environment. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong productivity across diverse repairs, we want you on our team!

Position Highlights:

• Flat Rate Pay up to $50 per hour for qualified, high-efficiency technicians
• Efficiency bonus plans available.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive diagnostic experience
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Hyundai diagnostic experience a plus
• Must be a team player & have a great positive attitude
• ASE certifications (or is willing to obtain).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Open communication and foster positive relationships with team members and customers alike.
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
