Install panel boards, service disconnects, and shutdowns; knowledge of NEC, wire and conduit sizing, box fills, alternate materials, and all installation procedures. Run a crew, manage multiple personalities effectively, promote teamwork, communicate with office personnel, and maintain daily paperwork. Some travel may be required. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of commercial electrical experience. Clean driving record required to operate a company vehicle. Good organizational, written, and communication skills. Professional appearance: clean, neat, and professional at all times. Willingness to be available for 24‑hour emergency service. Ability to climb and work off ladders, including extension ladders to the roof. Ability to lift 50 pounds and extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product. Proficient in reading blueprints. OSHA 10 certification preferred. ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division ofBCH Mechanical.
