Responsibilities Collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions and service offerings using the latest AWS CX-oriented technology Collaborate with project and program managers, providing them with the necessary support and tools to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations Deliver industry‑leading work Qualifications Current AWS Certification as Solution Architect - Associate or similar Three (3) years up to and including current hands‑on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise Demonstrated DevSecOps experience on AWS with AWS and/or industry‑standard tools including AWS CloudFormation and AWS Lambda Demonstrated work in Agile development environments, working knowledge of Scrum, Agile ceremonies, planning activities and project cadence #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
