NO NYC
$0.60 CPM - all miles paid (empty + loaded)
2500+ weekly miles
2,500 miles/week x $0.60 CPM = $1,500 weekly (from CPM alone)
Multi-Stop Pay:
• $35 per extra stop
$0.05 Safety & Operations Performance Bonus (paid monthly)
