Landscape Team Lead

Work with a dedicated team of landscape professionals in South East Wisconsin areas as a Trade Partner with some of the most awarded home builders in the area including: Tim O’Brien Homes, Loos Homes, Harbor Homes and Neumann Development. We install unique landscapes that meet the needs and wants of our clients, completing the final stage of the home build. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment during the winter months as events occur Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the property manager Managing a team of qualified people to complete tasks on time and as per plan Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on landscape equipment and tools Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Finish grade experience, reading landscape plans, constructing retaining walls and paver patios, and knowledge of plantings Leadership and management skills A certification in horticulture or landscaping would be preferred Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision Strong attention to detail required Compensation $17 and up per hour based on experience. $500 sign‑on bonus after 180 days of employment with D Thomas Landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
