Location Dallas, Ft Worth, TX- onsite role We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of marketing execution and ensure our client’s brand shows up consistently and powerfully in the market. This is a hands‑on role—not strategy‑only—focused on turning business initiatives into clear, compelling messaging across digital channels, trade shows, and content. You’ll operate as a self‑directed marketer who drives execution, maintains visibility, and ensures high‑quality output across all marketing activities. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role with the opportunity to scale support through vendors, offshore resources, or future hires. Success in this role means taking full ownership—proactively identifying needs, pushing initiatives forward, and delivering consistent, effective marketing that elevates our presence and supports revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Ownership Own day‑to‑day execution of all marketing activities across digital, content, and events Ensure consistent, high‑quality publishing and market visibility Translate business and sales initiatives into clear, effective marketing output Content & Messaging Develop clear, consistent messaging that supports sales and brand positioning Create and manage content across web, email, social, and sales collateral Maintain a steady cadence of market‑facing communication Campaigns & Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness and engagement Manage website updates, email marketing, and social media presence Track performance and optimize campaigns for better results Cross‑Functional Alignment Partner closely with sales to support initiatives, materials, and messaging Ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and revenue goals Act as the connector between internal teams and external market visibility Scaling & Vendor Management Manage external vendors or offshore resources as needed Build the foundation for future marketing team growth Improve processes, tools, and workflows to scale execution Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $115k-$120k Variable Bonus: 10-15% (performance-based) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130k-$150k (for high-impact candidates) Medical/Dental/Vision 401K – up to 6% employer match (eligible to enroll after 1 year of employment) 2 weeks’ vacation for 1st year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr ProActivate
