Material Bank is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Marketing to lead how our brand comes to life across marketing. As we launch a new platform, bring our refreshed brand identity to life, and expand to new audiences, you'll bring a strong creative point of view and help shape how Material Bank shows up in its next phase of growth.

This is a creative leadership role with significant hands-on ownership. You'll set the creative bar across marketing, help expand and evolve our brand identity system, and turn ideas into work that feels distinctive, cohesive, and unmistakably Material Bank.

• Lead the creative expression of the Material Bank brand across campaigns, digital, email, social, content, events, physical activations, and other marketing touchpoints.
• Bring a strong point of view to how our brand identity flexes across different channels and audiences, building on the system while pushing the creative forward.
• Concept and execute integrated campaigns, product launches, events, activations, and major brand moments.
• Set a high creative bar across marketing while remaining hands-on from concept through execution.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and senior leadership, including our CEO, to translate business priorities into compelling creative.
• Collaborate across our US and European teams to ensure the brand feels globally consistent while remaining relevant to local audiences.

• 7–10 years of experience in brand and marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, conceptual thinking, and creative judgment.
• Experience bringing an established brand system to life across a wide range of marketing channels and formats.
• A strong point of view and the ability to push creative forward while working within a broader brand system.
• A hands-on maker who is equally comfortable developing big ideas and executing the details.
• Fluency with modern creative tools and workflows, including an interest in how AI can enhance creative development and execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across functions and with senior leaders.
• Experience creating high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
