About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Peds Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute care experience License: Current RN or multi-state RN licensure Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS certification Must-Have: Meditech experience preferred Description: Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN). You will coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals. You will lead the team to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director. Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift. This role fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. All candidates must have at least 3 years of acute care experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Meditech experience. Credentialing requirements include a flu shot, with no exceptions. This is not a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient. We seek RNs with a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
